The Reds have signed their very own Zlatan Ibrahimovic, and he is something special.

It's been a long time since the Swedish star was at the very peak of his powers. At one point in time, Ibrahimovic was an utterly incredible forward.

He was unplayable because not only was he very technically gifted and a nimble player, he was also extremely hard-working and tall.

His towering figure made him an untraditional 'big' centre-forward. Ibrahimovic wasn't just a target man. He could drop deep and he could dribble past opponents with ease.

It was his versatility that made him such an impossible attacker to contain. On top of everything else, Ibrahimovic was a brilliant finisher, and a determined player.

That determination and work-ethic he had made him a coach's dream, and a fan favourite.

When Alexander Isak first emerged on the scene a lot of people likened him to the great Swede. But Isak is not like Ibrahimovic.

Isak is more of a Thierry Henry archetype because of his ability to run in behind defences with his electric speed.
