Chelsea and Arsenal Track Andy Diouf as Inter Milan Set £50m Transfer Valuation

Chelsea and Arsenal are reportedly monitoring Inter Milan midfielder Andy Diouf, with the French international attracting growing interest from some of European football’s most ambitious clubs. His versatility, athleticism and technical development have made him an increasingly appealing prospect, although Inter’s financial expectations could complicate any potential Premier League move.

According to CaughtOffside , both London clubs have been following the 23-year-old closely, with Barcelona and Paris Saint-Germain also keeping an eye on his progress.

Having joined Inter from Lens in August 2025, Diouf has continued to develop his reputation, with his performances for France adding further weight to the suggestion that he could eventually command a substantial transfer fee.

Inter Milan appear to hold most of the negotiating power. Diouf remains under contract until June 2030, providing the Italian club with little incentive to entertain offers that fall below their valuation.

Although the midfielder is currently valued at approximately €30million, CaughtOffside reports that Inter would likely demand between €50million and €60million before seriously considering a sale.

That distinction matters. There is considerable difference between identifying a promising midfielder and committing the resources required to acquire him.

For Chelsea, whose recruitment strategy has frequently prioritised young players with considerable development potential, Diouf represents a familiar profile. His physical attributes, progressive carrying and positional flexibility offer qualities that could prove valuable in the Premier League.
