Barcelona midfielder Dani Olmo has emerged as a potential January target for Bayern Munich, but the Spanish international has not been informed of any interest from the Bundesliga giants.

Recent reports have suggested that Bayern are considering Olmo as part of their plans for the winter transfer window, although a recent update from MARCA has made clear that there has been no direct approach to the player so far.

That leaves the situation at an early stage, with Bayern yet to make contact with Olmo or his representatives despite monitoring the Barcelona star.

The Spanish international has been included among the players being considered, although there is currently no concrete negotiation between the two clubs or the midfielder’s camp.

The Munich side have known about Olmo for some time, as his four-year spell at RB Leipzig allowed Bayern to follow his development closely, and their admiration has continued since his return to Barcelona.
